Hotel Accommodations

Group Rates

"Pre" and "post" conference accommodations may be secured, on a space available basis, at the conference rate 3 days prior and/or 3 days following the main group occupancy.
The AMSI conference room block will be held until September 5, 2008, at which time any rooms not reserved will be released for general sale. Individuals requesting rooms after the cut-off date risk being considered on an availability basis at the prevailing rack rate.
All sleeping room rates are subject to State and Local St. Pete Beach Occupancy Taxes. Currently, these taxes are 7% State and 5% Local for a total 12% tax.

Method of Reservations
Participants are responsible for making their own reservations. In order to receive the group-negotiated rate, please call the Don CeSar Resort and Spa Reservations Department at (866) 728-2206 and identify yourself as being a part of the AMSI User Conference.

Ground Transportation from Tampa International
There are variety of ground transportation options between Tampa International Airport and surrounding destinations. Depending on mode of travel and current traffic conditions, you should allow at least 30-40 minutes to get to locations in Pinellas County from Tampa International Airport.
