AMSI today announced a new alliance with American Metering Services, Inc. (AMS). The alliance brings owners and managers of multi-family residential communities a proven and effective way to recapture lost utilities revenue, lower the cost of property ownership and conserve natural resources.

Property managers are now offered more insight into their residents' energy usage and residents have more motivation to reduce their utility consumption.

Property managers can track, bill and collect for the precise utility usage at the resident level and, through seamless integration to AMSI eSite, they have access to a complete and accurate resident ledger that includes utility charges. The system eliminates lost revenue associated with traditional utility cost allocation methods.
