AMSI announces the newest release of AMSI Property Management version 5.5.0e.

AMSI is pleased to announce the newest release of AMSI Property Management version 5.5.0, now generally available.  This release features many enhancements and requested modifications to all of the AMSI Property Management applications which include eSite, ePO, eService and eFinancials.

Highlights of AMSI Property Management version 5.5.0 include:

• Enhancements to the Loss to Lease Calculation Methods
• Multiple data templates for eSite letters
• Ability to restrict letters by property
• New modified common merge fields  
• ePO is now part of the AMSI suite
• New Work Order work flow process in eService
• New Interface with eFinancials and eService
• Ability to import/export budgets from worksheets into eFinancials
• New bank reconciliation and check process

On February 12, AMSI’s corporate headquarters  relocated to the SunTrust Financial Centre in the heart of downtown Tampa.  With lovely bay views and access to the city’s dynamic business district, the new office space also houses fellow Infor company EnRoute.
