George W. Landgrebe
Vice President & General Manager
George Landgrebe is a proven Senior Executive who has led numerous Software, Personal Development and Financial Information Service businesses to peak performance. His operating focus and tenants include: primacy of the customer; delivering world-class Customer Service; maintaining an entrepreneurial business culture; retaining great people; and, teamwork.
Most recently he led Melita International, a global Call Center business, out of bankruptcy and to a run rate of $60+ Million with 9 months as part of the Golden Gate Capital portfolio of companies. After successfully helping to merge the business with several newly acquired call center companies he joined Infor Global Solutions to enhance their global Professional Services infrastructure.
In August of 2006 he joined AMSI, an Infor Independent Business Unit, as General Manager, based in Tampa, FL.
George has extensive operating and revitalization experience in small and mid-sized businesses coupled with strong marketing and financial skills. He has also held CEO positions at AutEx Systems (a Xerox company), The Thomson Corporation, Robbins Research International (Anthony Robbins), and several other businesses.
Educated at Iona College, he received a BBA in Accounting. His MBA (Management) and an Advanced Professional Certificate (Marketing) were awarded at the Graduate School of Business, New York University. He is the recipient of The Brother Arthur A. Loftus Award for Outstanding Achievement in Business.
Randy Lott
Director of Development
Randy Lott, who joined AMSI in January 2006, has over 20 years of experience in product development and technology management. Prior to joining the AMSI division, Mr. Lott served as Senior Director of Development for Geac Enterprise Solutions from 2000 - 2005. In this role he was responsible for development of the SmartStream, E-Series, M-Series and Active Access product lines. These enterprise-class solutions included Financials, Procurement, and Human Resources applications on client-server, mainframe and web platforms. Mr. Lott's tenure with Geac began in 1987. This notable commitment was preceded by development positions held at Computer Sciences Corporation and Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories. Mr. Lott holds a B.S. in Accounting and Computer Science from Athens State University.
Jeannie Sandifer
Director of Operations
Jeannie Sandifer has served AMSI as Director of Operations since January 2006 and prior as Director of Software Development from May 2003. Ms. Sandifer was the Operations Manager in one of Geac’s Industry Specific Divisions for 5 years prior to joining AMSI. Before joining Geac, Ms. Sandifer served in the Army National Guard as a full time technician managing military deployments to Bosnia. Prior to serving in the military she worked as an Account Manger for Productivity Point International managing large accounts and their technology needs. She has also held numerous positions with the Department of Defense mainly in an accounting capacity.
