Challenge: Vratsinas Construction Company (VCC), general contractor and manager for the $80 million, 1.5 million square foot Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, Texas, needed a reliable way to manage the communications between the owner, architect, engineer, fifty contractors and up to 500 on-site people.

Solution: VCC found that that the addition and integration of AMSI's Endeavour project management software with their core job cost accounting system, StarBuilder, would streamline work and communications between VCC and the team via the Internet. VCC's project team stayed connected, immediately responding remotely to client needs, and providing reviews and approvals. The owner reviewed project information while VCC tracked all cost reports, project accounting and management information on-line.

Results: The complete construction management software solution of StarProject for Notes, combined with StarBuilder, provided VCC with dramatic benefits from risk management, purchasing and contracting by providing real-time data for fast decision making. This saved VCC and the project owners hundreds of thousands of dollars and allowed them to complete the project six months early.
