Challenge
Southhampton Management, a Subea USA management services company with thousands of units in Houston’s most desirable communities, had a desire to migrate from a DOS solution to a web-enabled application that could provide flexible upgrades and would be compatible with other Windows-based programs.  Additionally, the ability to share critical data with foreign investors was a high priority.

Solution
Southhampton implemented e-Site and gained the compatibility with other Windows-based programs they were looking for.  Additionally the solution performs global reporting in real-time allowing European investors to log on abroad and access reports anytime, anywhere.

Results
Southhampton gained significant operational efficiency through the convenience the software offers foreign investors.  There are no faxes, couriers, or Zip discs needed.  This efficiency translates into no additional operation costs on the back end.  Southhampton has also benefited from the willingness of AMSI to be responsive to their special needs and requests by implementing additional functionality into the solution.
