Challenge
CAPREIT, a Maryland based multi-family housing real estate and management firm, had a clear need to access data in real-time for decisions on lease expirations and market discounts, delinquency information and other aspects of marketing planning.  They required quick, complete access to data for regional managers on the road.

Solution
