Challenge
Harbor Management, a property management division of Harbor Companies, needed management software that could help achieve company’s mission to create value, increase profitability and improve financial and operating performance for owners and investors.
Solution
Harbor Management began transitioning to eSite, ePO, eConcierge and eService applications 3 properties at a time, enabling centralized management. In addition, the software’s Income Code functionality and improved amenity-based pricing increases gross potential rent and gives users a quicker, more efficient way to make coding decisions.
Results
The real-time access to critical data has improved overall operating efficiencies. By tapping into the Web server, Harbor Management is able to perform many of their property management operations without being onsite at each property, substantially reducing travel time and reducing operating costs. |
